Hirshleifers accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain luxury items, evening wear, and final sale goods may be subject to specific restrictions.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards to ensure full credit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided with your RA to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; once received, our specialists will inspect the items and process your refund within 7 business days.
